Abstract
The main objective of this study was to explain the relationship between information technology and organizational health through job motivation among physical education teachers in Fars province. The present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and correlational in terms of method. The statistical population of this study was physical education teachers in Fars province in the academic year 1403-1404, numbering 761 people. Morgan's table was used to determine the sample size. Based on the aforementioned table, 270 people were considered as the statistical sample size. The sampling method was stratified random. To collect information, the organizational health questionnaire of Hoy and Feldman (1996), the Herzberg job motivation questionnaire (1993), and the information and communication technology questionnaire of Bettin et al. (2023) were used. To determine the face validity of the questionnaire, a number of professors, including the supervisor, were asked about the questionnaire and its questions, and finally, the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed. To confirm the reliability, the Cronbach's alpha coefficient used was 0.741 for organizational health, 0.839 for job motivation, and 0.812 for information technology, respectively, which indicated acceptable reliability for these questionnaires. Correlation, regression, and structural equation methods based on SPSS27 and PLS3 software were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between information technology and organizational health through job motivation in physical education teachers. There is a positive and significant relationship between information technology and its components with organizational health and job motivation of teachers. There is a positive and significant relationship between job motivation and its components with organizational health of physical education teachers. Information technology has the ability to predict the organizational health of physical education teachers. Information technology also has the ability to predict the job motivation of physical education teachers, and finally it was determined that job motivation has the ability to predict the organizational health of physical education teachers..
