The present study aimed to rank the indicators affecting human resource productivity in Isfahan city swimming pools based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) method. The research method was descriptive-survey and its statistical population consisted of all managers, instructors and experts of Isfahan city swimming team in 2010, from which 20 people were selected purposefully and by snowball sampling method. The tool used in the present study was the AHP questionnaire to prioritize the criteria. In this study, the importance and weight of each indicator were determined using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) technique. In this study, multi-criteria decision-making models and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process models were used to analyze the data, and coding in EXCEL environment was used to analyze the obtained data. According to the results of the present study, the main components of human resource productivity indicators of Isfahan city swimming pools using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method were: individual factors, organizational factors, job factors, environmental factors, and health factors. Also, the findings from fuzzy analytic hierarchy process showed that using sports managers at the top of affairs is of the greatest importance. Professional ethics of employees, good relations between managers and employees, specialization in carrying out swimming pool affairs, and specialized skills for working in the pool are in the second to fifth priority, respectively.
